and exclusive distinction. Mr. Goldberg has extensive experience
in handling the particular interests of physicians, dentists,
attorneys, and other professionals. He has lectured before the
Small Business Administration (SBA) SCORE and the IRS on accounting
and tax topics.

has been a CPA for 25 years and has extensive experience in business
startups, guiding small companies into becoming big corporations.
He is an expert in taxes, having prepared all types of taxes and
representing clients before various local, state and federal government
